All of our treatments are tailored to each client, so easily adjustable – substituting certain products to be pregnancy safe, whilst delivering results. Our beds are also adjustable & offer extra support to relieve any pressure / discomfort.
As extractions are invasive we do not take them lightly. We approach extractions with care to support our living skin approach. By supporting the skins outermost layer, the epidermis, we are in turn able to support the functions of the underlying layers of skin. If the skin is not prepped and ready for extractions, it can cause damage & scarring to the skin.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment so that you can relax and tune into the present moment At Vita Nuova we take the time to check-in with you before your treatment and ask some self-connecting questions before your treatment. This time also provides us with an opportunity to speak with you to collect any information that is required to ensure your facial meets your needs.
If you are feeling unwell leading up to or on the day of your appointment, we ask that you please reschedule to protect our staff and other clients during this time. If you have been in close contact with anyone that has COVID-19 or you have been tested for COVID-19 leading up to your treatment we will require you to reschedule your appointment.
If you are pregnant or have any injuries or skin conditions, please let us know to ensure your treatment is tailored accordingly.
No deposit is required at the time of your booking. We understand that life can be busy and appointments sometimes need to be cancelled and re-scheduled. However, we do ask our clients to give us as much notice as possible if this was to happen.
As you would appreciate a no-show inconveniences staff and other clients. We would appreciate your assistance so that we can continue to provide seamless services to all. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in these circumstances.

We will gladly offer a replacement on products returned to us within seven days of your receipt, provided they are returned in their original packaging, in an unopened and unused condition. Please be aware that due to Australian hygiene regulations we cannot offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items returned in non-saleable condition.
You can choose between a refund or exchange where goods are faulty. We do not accept returns on sale items. Again, we regret we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.
If you experienced an adverse reaction with any of our products please contact the salon immediately to discuss your options.

We offer Australia-wide shipping via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $13.95. Express shipping is $15. Free shipping is provided for all orders over $300. We also offer free local pickup from our salon at Shop G7/128 Belinda Street in Gerringong, NSW.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers can be purchased in-store at Vita Nuova – Shop G7/128 Belinda Street Gerringong, NSW
Vouchers can be redeemed in the salon on treatments only. Please try to advise us ahead of time if you will be using a voucher towards your treatment.
They are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Our record of your expiry date is final. Once your gift voucher has expired it cannot be re-activated and any value will be forfeited.
Vita Nuova Gift Vouchers cannot be used for events, workshops, products or any other third party transactions.
VOUCHERS ARE ONLY REDEEMABLE IN-STORE. THEY CANNOT BE USED ONLINE.
Gift vouchers are non transferable and single use transaction only. They are not redeemable for cash or change.
Vita Nuova Gift Vouchers become subject to the Terms and Conditions upon purchase.
